The Clery Act Compliance unit is responsible for ensuring that the University Police Department’s role in Clery Act compliance is fulfilled. For Clery Act compliance, this entails such activities as maintaining the Crime Log, evaluating reports of criminal activity for inclusion in Clery statistics, compiling statistics for Clery-reportable crimes, and contributing to the drafting of TAMU’s Annual Security Report.
